For many of our coaches our U6 soccer program is the first experience they have with soccer.

For many the thought of dealing with organizing 4 and 5 year olds to play a structured game scares the heck out of them.

Let me offer you one piece of advice: It gets better...I promise!  At this level the kids don't care how much you know about soccer until they know how much you care.  

Go out there and have fun with the kids.  They won't be this young and fun for long.  Laugh at the mistakes and pure insanity of it all.  

If you compliment, correct and compliment again they won't even remember the correction. Our primary job at this level is to build a love for soccer.  The rest will come with time.
